  The Hillcrest Women's Health Center is nice. Like any place of business, your going to have your faults; mainly being hired staff that are only there for a paycheck and not your health. I have dealt with this facility since they've opened and being a person of very little patience my only complaints have been a assistant who was extremely rude by walking into my room during a check up to gossip. No knock no excuse me no im sorry no nothing. (I haven't seen her since the complaint) and a Dr (No need for names) which NEVER sees a patient on time because she'd rather gossip and fall behind. Need to say, I just changed physicians. In my opinion the 1 star ratings listed here could be 3 stars at least because foremost they are dis satisfied with long waits to get appointments by a very well known Dr or they settle for what a clerk or nurses aid tells them instead of going higher up to receive information. Overall I like them and so do the women in my family. Just do your research before picking a physician, this could save you a headache and aggravation.

  I don't like the fact they will not give me my results unless something is wrong and half tell you stuff if you have any concerns and Dr.Gillegen is very rude

  My husband and I have been trying to coneive for 10 months. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Manning and she was very helpul in answering my concerns about possible problems. I had some blood work done and got the results a week later. However, my husband also had to give a semen analysis to see if a possible problem existed with him. That took place on March 10th and it is now March 31st and we have not received any results. We both have called for the past week and are told that a nurse will call us back, and that is yet to happen. My fear is that there could be a possible issue and now my husband and I have wasted a month when we could have already started a solution to the problem. Instead, we're waiting to hear the results for another day. Time is precious in this type of situation and now we feel as though our time and concerns are not important.
