- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪(Waco Clinic) I took a fall during a 5k race on a Saturday morning resulting in a knee injury requiring stitches. I was able to contact Dr. Newman through the Direct Primary Care option they offer and he met me at the clinic that very afternoon. The clinic itself was closed (remember, a Saturday) and he didn't hesitate to tend to my injury on such short notice. Highly recommend!May 08, 2017by Lisa Brink
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE SCHEDULING STAFF. We arrived just before our appointment at 12 noon, with four other patients scheduled in the same noon slot. No one who worked there could be found. A sign on the window said they were out to lunch until 12:20. When a nurse walked by, one patient said she had a 12:00 appt and was told she would just have to wait because no one would be there until 12:20. We sat in the waiting room almost 2 hours before being seen at all and didn't leave the appointment until after 3:00. Several people who arrived after us went in before us. I was taking my mother in law for her broken ankle, I had a TODDLER with me. A horrifying experience was had by all. Seriously someone should be fired over this.
