- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In November of 2015 they told me my insurance would cover a portion of my bill so I paid my portion of the bill before service. 16 months later I received a bill from Kool Smiles telling me I owed them $577.80. I called them and asked them to send me proof that I owed them money or I would be happy to go back to the office I had gotten dental work done at and discuss the issue. There response was to reduce my bill by $122.60 to 455.20 and send me another statement to pay up. So I called again. I agreed to start making payment on the bill even though they never justified why 16 months after service and previous payments before service I now owed them additional payment. . In the meantime they turned my account over to a collection agency who has called me and send a letter. I left a message with a billing supervisor yesterday who did not return my call and today I called and after being on hold for approximately 5 minutes I was told to leave my name and phone number and someone would call me. back.August 18, 2017by Thomas Bowdish
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 3 children were very well taken care of by the staff of Kool Smiles in Waco on Walton Dr! Very friendly, clean environment! Tina, Amanda and Jakara were excellent with my children! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had exceptional service today. The best i have had in a long time. Dr Peters was wonderful explaining our plan of action. Jennifer was awesome in talking to my son in keeping him calm while she explain everything she was doing.
